The people who grow it
The estate is at Vergiano, in the hills above Rimini, ten kilometres from the sea. The same Bianchi family has worked it since 1923, now in its third generation.

No chemical herbicides and no artificial fertiliser in the vineyards. In the cellar the wine is not over-filtered, so that it stays as it was made.
Everything from the 2021 harvest onwards is certified organic. The olives are picked by hand in October and cold pressed the same evening.
